Javier Espinosa, FMS
As provincial of the Province of Central America, he saw the birth of the first confraternity in his province in 1990. He later developed a formation program for the confraternities. In his many years in formation, he was master of novices, superior of the International College in Rome, on the animation team of the course for formation ministers in Valpré and of the ongoing formation courses at El Escorial. He participated in the International Assembly on Shared Formation in Les Avellanes and in the experience of shared formation in Quito.

Ana Mª Sarrate Adot
An invited guest at the XX General Chapter, she has been a member of the Bureau of the Laity since 2008. She participated in the International Assembly on Shared Formation in Les Avellanes, in the experience of shared formation in Quito and in the Oceania 2020 conference in Australia. She has been a member of a confraternity since 1987. At the present time she coordinates the commission on the lay Marist vocation in the Iberica Province and is a member of the European Council of the Champagnat Movement.

Tony Clarke
At the present time he is the director of the Commission on Formation in Spirituality for the Province of Sydney. Previously he was director of spiritual formation at Marist College North Shore, north of Sydney. The commission is composed of Brothers, laymen and laywomen. He participated in the International Assembly on Shared Formation in Les Avellanes and in the experience of shared formation at St. Paul-Trois-Châteaux. He became part of the Expanded Bureau of laity in 2008.

Agnes Reyes
From the Philippines. Graduated in Guidance and Counselling. Obtained the Licentiate in Religious Education in 1996. Was Director of the Champagnat Community College in the University of Notre Dame de Marbel. Has been a member of the Ongoing Formation Team of the Brothers and animator of the Champagnat Movement in the Philippines. Has also been part of the evaluation team for Marist schools in Hong Kong and Singapore. Has been a lecturer in the Marist Asia and Pacific Centre, Manila (1998-2004), and member of the International Commission of the EAM, responsible for preparation of the document “Water from the Rock.” Currently involved in the projectAd gentes.

Fabiano Incerti
Married to Tânia and father of Francisco. Former Marist student. With a postgraduate degree in Philosophy and finishing off a Doctorate. Religion teacher and pastoral counsellor in the Colegio Marista de Cascavel (1999-2003). Was subdirector of the Pastoral Sector of the Province from 2004 to 2008. Has been a member of the International Commission of Marist Youth Ministry. Since 2009 working in the Sector of Religious Life and Laity of the province of Brasil Centro-Sur. Has a notable ability for advising groups and systematizing processes and documents.

Patrícia Cecília Rios Gomez
Patricia has been married since December 1979. She has three children – two boys and a girl – who have all finished their studies at the Instituto México of BC. She has been a member of the Champagnat Movement of the Marist Family of the FATIMA (Marist Family of Tijuana) Institution since 1997. Her husband is also an active member of the Champagnat Movement. In 2005, she took part in the American Meeting of Marist Fraternities at Fusagasugá, Colombia. She is regional co-ordinator of « One heart, one mission ». Since 2010, she has been a member of the Mixed Commission Brothers-Laity of the Province of « México Occidental ». Patricia has a diploma third cycle in Administration of Educational Institutions and a degree in Sciences of Communication from the ITESM, Monterrey. She is currently secondary director of the Tijuana establishment of the Province of « México Occidental ».

Raúl Amaya
Married and father of two sons. Chilean of the Province of Santa María de los Andes. Spent two years on the course of Master of Psychospiritual Accompaniment. Is also a Master in School Management and is now studying for the Diploma in Marist Patrimony. Was teacher of literature in theColegio Alonso de Ercilla de Santiago and co-ordinator of guidance in one of the sections of the college. Worked in the college Pastoral and Vocational Ministries. In 2010 was asked by the Province and the Sector to take charge of the co-ordination of the Spirituality and Laity Team of Chile.Is aSector Adviser of the Fraternities and responsible for animating the vocational journey of some 20 lay Marists.

Sylvain Ramandimbiarisoa, FMS
Marist Brother of the Province of Madagascar. He was a formator at the Marist International Centre in Nairobi for 7 years , and then appointed Provincial, a role he filled from 2002 to 2007. At present, he is in charge of Vocations Ministry. As Provincial, he animated Lay Partnership. He took part in the International Meeting on processes of joint formation for Brothers and laity at Las Avellanes, Spain, in 2007. He is currently also responsible for the “Marist Family” of the Province, composed of different bodies: Former students, Marist Youth of Madagascar, Family of Marist Brothers and Laity.

Antonio Ramalho, FMS
A member of the Province of Brazil Centro-Norte, he is the link general councilor for the Bureau of the Laity. In the former Province of Brazil Norte he worked in formation for a number of years, especially with novices and scholastics. As provincial he kept in close touch with the affiliated members, with the confraternities of the Champagnat Movement of the Marist Family, and with the lay principals. He made presentations at formation sessions for laity throughout Marist Brazil. He was part of the direction team of the Conference of Religious, both at the national level (CRB) and the continental level (CLAR). As general councilor, he took part in the first American assembly of the Champagnat Movement of the Marist Family, en Fusagasugá, Colombia.
