Non-violence Communication

From 10th to 12th, Fr. Antony Pillai, from Sri Lanka, conducted a workshop on "Non-violence Communication". Great smiling faces of the brothers, wonderful gathering, discussion, sharing and brotherly concern are the gift of the fraternity, which were experienced a lot here during that days. During the workshop, Brothers shared their experiences of community and apostolic life in their respective mission countries.

District Chapter

The District Chapter was held from August 14-16. Br. Canísio José Willrich has assumed the position as the new District Superior. The Vicar General and the Councillors present, on behalf of the General Administration, thanked Brother Juan Castro, leader of the District since 2013.

The 3rd MDA Chapter with the theme "building bridges" stresses on three main priorities: Community life, Formation of the young Brothers and Sustainability projects.

Four Brothers have been elected as members of the Council and will assist Brother Canisius in leading the District: Ismael Valls, Francis Attah, Francisco Garcia (Paco) and Anselmo Kim. The new Council is a mixture of five Brothers coming from four continents: Asia, Africa, America and Europe.
