Annual Retreat of Central Mexico Brothers

The Province of Central Mexico held its annual retreat for brothers from January 2 to 6, under the direction and animation of Br. João Carlos Do Prado, General Councilor. The retreat began with a Eucharist on January 2 at noon, within the framework of the 206th anniversary of the founding of the Institute.

The meeting celebrated the life and anniversary of the first religious profession of the jubilarian brothers: Mauricio Guerrero and Eliseo López (50th anniversary); Antonio Espinosa (70th anniversary) and Francisco Javier Toral (75th anniversary).

Br. João Carlos, during the days of the meeting, helped the brothers to deepen the chapters of the new Constitutions and some elements of the Rule of Life of the brothers.

The retreat, carried out face-to-face after two years, took place in an atmosphere of tranquillity, harmony, and much fraternity thanks to the coordination of the commission of brothers and the participation of all the attending brothers.

On the last day of the retreat, the brothers from the province of temporary vows renewed their religious profession.
