Appointments of the General Council

In the latest letter that Br. Ernesto Sánchez, Superior General, sent to the Provincials, he listed several appointments made in recent months, to support the work of animation of the Institute. We mention below the appointments that have not yet been published in our website.

General House

• Br. Carlos Alberto Huidobro (Cruz del Sur), as Secretary General, extension of his term for one year, from 1st July2019.
• Br. Antonio Martínez Estaún (L’Hermitage), as Postulator General, extension of his term forone year, from 1st August 2019.
• Br. Colin Joseph Chalmers (West-Central Europe), as Director of the Archives of the General Administration, extension of term for one year from 1st January2020.

Marist Life Area

• Ms. Agnes Reyes (East Asia), as co-Director of the Laity Secretariat, for a second term of three years, from 1st September2020.
• Br. Antonio Lázaro Giménez de Bagüés Gaudó (Mediterránea), as Director of the Third Age program for Spanish and Portuguese speakers, for three years, from 1st January 2020. Our thanks to Br Landelino Ortego (Norandina) who completes his 7th program for Third Age Brothers in October thisyear.
• Br. Afonso Levis (Brazil Centro-Sul), as co-Director of the Third Age program for Spanish and Portuguese speakers, an extension of his term until 31st October2020.
• Br. Félix Roldán Rodríguez (Canada), as Director of the Third Age program for French-speakers, from the 1st January2020.
