Brazil has unified postulancy, with 8 postulants

As of this year, the formation house in Fortaleza is the seat of the postulancy that welcomes candidates to consecrated life from all three provinces in Brazil. This new phase of integrating the formation journey between the Brazilian provinces was inaugurated on February 1st, when 8 young people began their postulancy. Four postulants are from the Province of Brasil Sul-Amaz├┤nia (Edrixandre Fran├ža de Lima, Francisco Neilson de Souza Maciel, Jefferson Ara├║jo de Castro and Devindro Soares Naraine) and the other four are from the Province of Brasil Centro-Norte (Jefferson Teixeira Barros, Jos├ę Gustavo Felipe Morales, Jos├ę Tavares Neto, Vanilson da Silva Sousa).

The community of formators is made up of Brothers Luiz Carlos Lima (Brasil Centro-Norte), Márcio Henrique Ferreira da Costa (Brasil Centro-Norte), Silfredo Luiz Klein (Brasil Sul-Amazônia) and Wellington Mousinho de Medeiros (Brasil Centro-Norte).

The unification of the postulancy of Brazil could represent a step towards the unification of the postulancy of the entire Marist Region of Am├ęrica Sur.
