Brothers Today Secretariat
As part of its functions, the Secretariat Brothers Today – represented by Pere Ferré, new director replacing Br. Ángel Medina, and Br. Lindley Halago Sionosa, Assistant Director – accompanies the formators of the different stages of formation, through on-site visits or virtual accompaniment.
In relation to the Marist novitiate, during 2024, the Secretariat organized 3 online meetings with the novitiate formators. The first meeting was held on March 26, with the presence of Br. Ernesto Sanchez, Superior General, to facilitate a reflection on The New Hermitage. The second meeting was held on July 30, where other formators from other stages of formation were also invited. Tony Leon (Star of the Sea Province) developed the theme “A Moment of Accompaniment”. The third meeting was held on October 29, this time with the novices. It was an opportunity to get to know each other and also to reflect together on the theme of healthy boundaries, presented by Br. Fabien Bulaimu.
