Champagnat Movement of the Marist Family

We gathered on 22 and 23 November 2014 in the city of Loja, in the Hospitality House of the Marist community, co-ordinators, delegates and advisers of the fraternities of Ecuador. 

It was very gratifying to find that all eight fraternities were active, with their highs and lows, but with renewed enthusiasm. 

Our national co-ordinator and adviser, Moisés Beltrán Saavedra, graphically reminded us of some points of interest for all Marists. We refer to the preparations for the celebration of the 200 years of the Institute, the experiences and conclusions of the General Conference and the II International Marist Mission Assembly held in Nairobi, the need for our conversion into   prophets and mystics as something primordial in our lives as members of Marist Fraternities.

We departed enthused, with the hope of seeing one another again in the not distant future.
