Communities rejuvenated

The communities of Jesús, María of La Habana and Buenavista of Cienfuegos met on 2 March for the purpose of the visit made by Brother Luis Carlos, Provincial of América Central, to the Pearl of the Caribbean.

The dialogue in family on the calls of the Provincial Chapter and their application to our community and mission situations was very pleasant. Another significant moment was the sharing on our current journey and the vision of the future. The Vocations Ministry and the preparation for the live-in with aspirants in the month of March was also an important point in our exchange. 

We are very grateful to God because the Cienfuegos community has found itself rejuvenated with the integration of Brs Mario Pentón and José Antonio Alonso. The Brothers of La Habana expect Br Marco Antonio Vargas for the month of June.

We would like to say that we are very grateful to the Lord for this time of grace we are sharing. We also pray for his blessing so that he continues accompanying our journey and the constant quest in the midst of our situation to continue incarnating the Marist charism in Cuba.
