First profession in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

Brother Gilber Galarza Pérez, from the Marist Province of Santa María de los Andes, professed his first vows on January 1st in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Brother Saturnino Alonso, Provincial, received the vows on behalf of the Superior General. After the Eucharist, all those present shared a family lunch at the Marist house in Barrio Lindo.

Other novices who finished the process of formation in Cochabamba, Brazil, made their first profession in December.
