FMSI proposes Project Management and Fundraising Course
Marist International Solidarity Foundation (FMSI), in collaboration with the Secretariat of Solidarity-Cmi, proposes a second edition of the training course on Project Management and Fundraising for both religious and lay personnel of Asia, Madagascar and Syria.
The course will take place on 15th, 22nd, and 29th October 2024 at 7:00 AM CET (Italy Time), via zoom.
Following the first edition delivered in November 2023, this program focuses on Project Management, financial reporting and tools essential for designing projects and programme proposals based on long-term planning, provincial strategic plans, result-oriented interventions, and sound financial reporting.
This comprehensive training will utilize diverse methods, including presentations, group discussions, learning strategies, and practical applications. The workshop is offered online and free of charge. Certificate of participation will be awarded with a minimum of 75% attendance.
The course is divided into three key modules, each focusing on a different aspect of project management and financial planning:
- Advanced Project Planning and Design
- Advanced Financial Management and Reporting
- Strategic Project Design Lab
