Implementing a culture of communication
After gathering in November for the first time, the Institute’s new communication committee met again from May 9 – 11 at the general house to discuss ways of improving the communication within the Institute.
The meeting’s topics covered the Institute’s communication policy that was presented to the general council in its plenary session early 2017, future formation for communicators and for the general administration, as well as the Institute’s image.
The committee, appointed by the general council, includes: Brother Antonio Ramalho, general councillor; Luiz Da Rosa, director of the general house press office; EstefanĂa Aguirre, journalist of the general house press office; Brother Paulo Martins, communications director of Brasil Centro-Norte Province and JosĂ© MarĂa MartĂn, communications director of the Spanish Marist Conference.
Its next meeting is expected to take place in 2018.
