Marist laypeople
Forty-two people met together on the 21st April for the Meeting of Fraternities from the Region of Bética in our house at Maimón (Córdoba).
The day?s work was divided into various stages: one, under the direction of Brother Fernando Hinojal, treated the first European Meeting of the Champagnat Movement of the Marist Fam-ily which took place at Alcala de Henares last summer, highlighting the life and enthusiasm of the Fraternities in the countries of Europe.
A second part included the report of significant experiences of each of the Fraternities present here. These were moments of great richness for, in the simplicity and spontaneity of each re-porter, one could see that Champagnat?s charism continues to be alive amongst us.
During the afternoon, the third part of the work continued. With a dynamic of Phillips 6/6 we arrived at various work proposals to energise the life of the Fraternities during the coming years.
Obviously, another interesting moment was the shared meal during which we were able to enjoy dishes that delighted us all.
