Meeting of Directors of Works of the Province of Compostela in Porto

All the directors of educational and social works, foundations and projects of the Marist Province of Compostela held their annual General Meeting in Porto from 27 to 29 February. For three days they advanced together in common projects of the Marist Institute such as “Stand up, give your opinion and participate” which seeks to give a greater real protagonism to children and young people or the new eco2social framework .

Representatives of Edelvives and the Edelvives Foundation presented different projects within the framework from the educational field of “The Legend of the Legacy” and “So that things can happen” to the contents of the Universidad de Padres passing through the commitment to technology and its work in networks without forgetting the importance of creating places that help to educate, places with meaning.

The formation of the educators, the development of competencies or the pathways of Marist life also had their place in this general meeting of directors which was closed by the Brother Provincial, Tomás Briongos, encouraging ethical leadership and service.
