Mysticism and prophecy

Sharing of life, prayer and joy marked the Provincial meeting of young Brothers held from 24 to 26 May in Ribeirão das Neves/MG, with the theme of « Mysticism and prophecy », and the motto « With Mary, united in a single heart, we go to Jesus ». The 12 youngest Brothers of the Province were present, as well as the Provincial, Br Wellington Medeiros, and other members of the Provincial government.

The theme « Mysticism and Prophecy » was developed with the search for integration between the internal and external living of religious life kept well in mind. The participants also reflected on the revitalisation of the communities of the Province, the different modalities of Marist religious life and the institutional policy relating to the protection of children and adolescents.

At the end of the meeting, the Brothers defined the calendar and the groups for the missionary experience in the District of Amazonia. There will be two groups in the month of December 2013 and one in June 2014.
