Province of ?Cruz del Sur?

On Saturday, 12 April, the Zonal Preparatory Assembly of the II International Marist Mission Assembly was held in Luján, Province of Buenos Aires. Some 90 persons: Brothers, Directors, teachers, members of the  Fraternities and Fathers of the Marist Works of the Capital of Argentina and the Province of Buenos Aires, came together to take a further step in Provincial reflection on the Marist Mission, to direct our gaze, hearing and voice to the II IMMA. 

With the excellent animation of the Pastoral Team of the Colegio Manuel Belgrano, we were able to reflect and share together what each work and the various groups were doing on the topics of the meetings prepared and sent by the Preparatory Commission.

In a day of intense work, we reflected on the new shoots of life we feel we are helping to be born and grow as Marist Educational Center in the dimensions of: Evangelization (presence among children and youth), Spirituality and the New Relationship between Brothers and Laity.

In the coming days, similar days will be held in the other six zones of the Province, in seeking to see who we are in each work and zone in order to journey together as a Province regarding the challenges being presented. 

As NEW MARISTS ON MISSION we feel called to continue living with enthusiasm this time of provincial preparation for the II IMMA. We do not forget that we journey in the footsteps of Father Marcellin Champagnat, in whom we find light and inspiration.
