Spanish Marist Conference

From 11 to 15 March, at Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain, was held the training course for the   « Pergamum » (Archivum FMS – 3) software, intended for the provincial secretaries, archivists and administrators of the headquarters of the Provinces belonging to the Marist Conference of Spain.

The topics centred on areas of interest such as the organisation of the provincial archives, the functions of the « Kosmos » platform (program containing the data of the Marist Institute), the functions of the archivist, the classification and cataloguing of documents, the management of the users…

This session of formation was organised by the General Secretariat of the Institute.
