PDF: English | Español | Français | Português

The sixth message of the International Commission on Marist Mission deals with the sustainability of our Marist Mission and reflects on the need to make the mission of the Institute sustainable over time, a goal that requires basic principles and the commitment of all to be reached.

Brothers Gregorio Linacero and Libardo Garzón, General Bursar, have produced a reflection statement based on the contributions of the Commission.

The message underlines the need to work to ensure the vitality and viability of Marist life now and in the future and challenges Marist leaders to promote a cultural change that involves the implementation of inclusive leadership, “based on common policies, clear and coordinated processes and procedures at all levels of the Institute”.

The Marist International Mission Commission, made up of Brothers and Laypeople, took on the task of reflecting on the centrality of Marist mission in today’s world.

If you would like to share your ideas, reflections or experiences with the Commission as a result of this message, please write to fms.cimm@fms.it
