Teachers’ training meeting in Ecuador

From January 19 to 21, a meeting of the directors of the seven schools of Ecuador, Province of Norandina, was held to reflect on the theme “Leadership and educational management: looking to the future”.

The three days of the meeting were centered on three main themes: Marist family spirit and leadership, educational innovation and sharing the mission.

The activity was directed by the mission council and the national education team, who developed various workshops that allowed fraternal sharing focused on several themes: 

• Marist Leadership What kind of leader do you want to be?
• Global Educational Pact
• Launching of the formation plan for the Valla al L’Hermitage.
• Socialization of the functions manual
• Active learning methodologies
• Protocols in situations of violence
• Code of Ethics
• Administrative management of Marist works.

After this formative and fraternal space, the teachers planned the different projects to be carried out this year in the Ecuadorian Marist works.
