Twenty Aspirants to Marist Religious Life

Twenty young aspirants attended Marist formation sessions in the province of Madagascar: one in Antsirabe on April 14 and 15, 2023, at Saint Joseph’s College, and another at Saint Champagnat High School in Tananarive on April 22.

The training sessions are organized every year for the young people who will be admitted to the postulancy. This time, the formation of the aspirants was organized by Brother Alexandre Rakotomalala, responsible for vocation promotion for the Province, Brother Ernest and other brothers who helped with the animation.

The aspirants will enter the postulancy of Fianarantsoa next October. At present, the Province of Madagascar counts with 17 candidates to the Marist religious life: 14 Postulancies, of which 6 in 2nd year. 3 Novices (in Save), of which 1 is in its second year. And 7 young brothers are in formation at MIC in Nairobi.
