Volunteer Missionaries at the service of Life and Mission
The Formation Program for International and Intercultural Communities concluded on July 22 at the Hermitage, France, under the direction of Br. Valdicer Fachi, director of the CMI, and Agnes Reyes, Co-director of the Secretariat of the Laity. The seventh training program took place in both Manziana, Italy, and L’Hermitage, France, from June 17 to July 22.
The General Superior, Br. Ernesto Sánchez, participated in the sending celebration of the 8 members of the Formation Program to each of the Lavalla200> Communities or Fratelli Project.
Brothers Miguel Angel Santos Villarreal, Marist, and Nestor Raul Polania Gonzalez, Lasallian, will pioneer the opening of the Fratelli Project in Maicao, Colombia. Maurice Burasa, Lasallian, will continue his mission in the Fratelli Project, Lebanon.
The couple Pablo Cobo Peinado and Laura Alejandra Miño PĂ©rez will form the Lavalla200> Community of HolguĂn, Cuba, as of January 2023. MarĂa Alejandra Castellanos LĂłpez will be part of the Lavalla200> Community of Tabatinga, Brazil; Arianne Jane Ylarde will be part of the new Lavalla200> Community of the Africa region; and Kimberly Arguez Camiring will be part of the Lavalla200> Community of Mount Druitt, Australia.
We are grateful for the availability of each member as a volunteer/missionary at the service of the most vulnerable. Together we are builders of the Global Charismatic Family.
