No dia 28 de Outubro do ano passado o Irmão Emili escreveu uma carta a marcar o início da nossa preparação para o bicentenário marista. As últimas três páginas de "Apenas uma Tenda como coração do nosso futuro" lidou com o tema da "Esperança".
Agora, no início dos trabalhos de cada dia, o Conselho Provincial lê e reflete sobre algumas leituras significativas, e, em seguida, os membros são convidados a partilhar as suas reflexões. Ao ler a carta do Superior Geral, uma pergunta surgiu na minha mente: "O que é esperança?" Ainda que tivesse sido, há alguns meses atrás, essa questão ainda continua a fazer parte da minha reflexão diária. Por isso, gostaria de partilhar algumas reflexões deste tema convosco.

On the 28 October last year Brother Emili wrote a letter to mark the beginning of our preparation for the Marist bicentenary. The last three pages of “Just a Tent as the heart of our Future” dealt with the theme of “Hope”.
Nowadays, at the start of each day’s proceedings, the Provincial Council reads and reflects on a meaningful text, and then members are invited to share their reactions. While reading the Superior General’s letter, a question arose in my mind: “What is hope?” Even though it was a few months ago, this question still nags at me. So I would like to share some thoughts on this theme with you.
