Marist Magic Webinars in the Sacred Heart College High School

Sacred Heart College High School enjoyed an exciting programme learning more about Marist life. They had two webinars.
They began with Marist Magic Part 1 -Join the Dots…. where Marists from around the world shared their stories of impact from working in South Africa on various Marist projects. Students heard from members of the Project LaValla200>, Brothers Tony Clarke and Paul Bhatti, as well as from Maria Bobillo. They also learned about CMI and volunteering opportunities. They then had some experiences in mission and spirituality, a retreat and a sandwich drive supporting a number of local homes and feeding programmes.

Marist Magic Part 2 – Here and Now! webinar followed the next day – hearing from Youth and projects that run here in Jozi. This included inputs from Beth Code, Randry Bigirimana and Shari Maluleke on our refugee project Three2Six, our menstrual project and its Courageous Conversations, as well as Youth events. It was wonderful to have the support and presence of Bro John Bwanali and Bro Mario, as well as a few new recruits to our various projects.
