Br. Anthony Il Nam Choi professed his final vows as a Marist Brother on August 29 at the Marist Education Center in Seoul. 

This very important day in the life of Br. Il Nam was made more memorable by the presence of his family, as well as the Korean brothers from the different communities, friends, benefactors and other religious communities.

All the members of the Council, led by the Provincial Br. Robert Teoh, were also present to witness Br. Il Nam’s perpetual consecration. 

Br. Demosthenes, the superior of the newly formed community in Kota Kinabalu, where Il Nam is currently assigned, was also present along with Hong Kong community's representative, Br. Joseph Chang.

Before joining the Marist Brothers in 2006, Br. Il Nam worked as a Social welfare worker. He made his first profession in 2009.
