Arco Norte Communications Meeting in Bogota

From October 8 to 12, the II Meeting of Communicators of the Marist Arco Norte Region was held in Bogota, Colombia. The meeting gave continuity to the strategies proposed in the Strategic Operational Planning and generated new lines of action to continue with the positioning of the Region. Representatives of the provinces of the United States, México Central, México Occidental, America Central and Norandina participated.

The objective of this meeting was to develop several key issues for the execution of the region’s Strategic Operational Plan, to analyze and review the proposals for communication services for the other areas and to project the activities to be carried out for the 2023-2025 cycle.

Another important moment for the participants was the conference entitled ”Communication in Crisis”, led by the communications coordinator of the Episcopal Conference of Colombia, a space where different situations in Church environments and how to face a possible crisis from the communication point of view were discussed.

The conclusions and projects defined at the meeting will be presented to the Regional Council of Arco Norte.
