Month of blessings for the PACE

This year, 2006, the month of June was marked by the feast of Saint Marcellin Champagnat in the Church and was in a particular way a month of blessings for the Province of East Central Africa. After numerous celebrations in our communities and schools in honour of our Founder, the Province finished the activities of the 6th June with the profession of ten novices on Sunday the 11th June at the Novitiate of Save (Rwanda). Before the Church, they committed themselves to follow Christ as Mary did, in the Congregation of the Little Brothers of Mary.
They are Brothers:
1. AKIMANA Ernest (Rwanda)
2. BAHATI HAMULI Georges (RDC)
3. HABIYAREMYE Félicien (Rwanda)
4. KIKONGOLO SADIKI Innocent (RDC)
5. MAYIRA François Xavier (Rwanda)
6. MUKABANE Alvin Chrispinus (Kenya)
7. MUSHINZIMANA Valens (Rwanda)
8. NANGALE Patrick (Tanzanie)
9. NZASABIMFURA Gaston (Rwanda)
10. PATAULE KYEMBWA Jules (RDC)

On behalf of the Brother Superior General, Brother Eugène Kabanguka, Provincial of the Province of East Central Africa, received the vows of these ten young brothers that the Virgin Mary, our Good Mother, has sent us. We pray that she will keep them in creative fidelity to their commitments. The brothers who live in Rwanda as well as some delegations of brothers from Congo and from Tanzania came to accompany these young people who offered themselves to God to serve the youth of the world following the charism of Father Champagnat. ?All to Jesus through Mary, all to Mary for Jesus!?
