A step closer to his beatification
THE CAUSE OF BROTHER BERNARDO

On Tuesday, November 18th, Vatican theologians will begin examining the position of Brother Bernardo (Plácido Fábregas Julià). This is an important step leading to his beatification. It will take about two years for the theologians to complete their work because 27 causes of groups of Spanish martyrs are being brought together, among them the one concerning Brother Bernardo (third in line for consideration) and Brother Laurentino?s group (twenty-fourth).
