The 5th of February 2011 was the official opening at the Marist Academy of Uturu of the new hostel for female students built by the Parents’ Association. The ceremony took place with great solemnity. Marist Academy, a mixed college, has a roll of 1500 students. It was a day of fiesta for the Marist Works of Uturu, where the Brothers have a strong presence, directing two colleges and a social work named ‘Hopeville’.
