The Art of Accompanying – Mentors program
From July 4 to August 27, 24 brothers from different parts of our Congregation attended the MENTORS PROGRAM at our General House in Rome. It has been 8 weeks of integration, sharing life, and receiving knowledge about accompaniment.
Of all that we experienced, I would like to highlight the two weeks spent at the Hermitage, where we were able to connect with Marcellin’s heart from the very places where he lived and at the same time, study his way of accompanying the first brothers through his letters.
The presence of Brother Ernesto, Superior General, and his councilors was very enriching and motivating, as was the opportunity to get to know the work of the different animation teams working at the General House.
I thank God and Mary on behalf of the brothers and sisters who have had the joy of being able to enrich ourselves in this art of knowing how to accompany.
