Marists of México Central reflect on the Encyclical Fratelli Tutti

More than 90 collaborators from the different Marist works of the Province of México Central took part, on February12th , in the second Marist colloquium, organised collaboratively by the three Marist universities of the Province of México Central: the Marist University (UMA), the Marist University of Querétaro and the Marist University of San Luis Potosí (SLP), coordinator of the colloquium.

The colloquium “Marist Dialogues and Reflections” this time dealt with the theme ” Highlights of the Encyclical Fratelli Tutti, Brothers all ” of Pope Francis, and had as speaker Mons. Roberto Yenny García, Bishop of the Diocese of Ciudad Valles SLP, who offered many insights to reflect and deepen our understanding of the papal encyclical.

At the end of the Colloquium, held virtually, Arturo Morones Zavala, Rector of the Marist University of SLP, thanked all those present for their participation and presented Bishop Roberto Yenny García with an award for his brilliant presentation.


The Colloquium “Marist Dialogues and Reflections” has as its objective to promote reflection among the Marist collaborators on different themes, documents and current positions, which contribute to the academic and spiritual formation of the projects, in a Marist family atmosphere.
